Bolbom Seva Sangha

Bollbom Seva Sangha (BSS) is a non-profit organization. All contributions, donations, and payments made through our website or any other channels are made voluntarily and are used to support our social, humanitarian, and community development programs.

Donations

  • All donations made to Bollbom Seva Sangha are non-refundable.

  • Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

  • Donations are utilized immediately for ongoing and future welfare activities.

Program or Event Fees (If Applicable)

  • In case of any paid programs, training, or events conducted by Bollbom Seva Sangha, cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of the organization.

  • No refunds will be provided for partial participation or non-attendance.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

  • In case of a duplicate payment or technical error, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

  • After verification, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Cancellation by the Organization

  • Bollbom Seva Sangha reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, event, or activity due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • In such cases, registered participants will be informed, and applicable refunds (if any) will be processed.
